Thu Thu Shein is a freelance filmmaker and producer. She graduated from the National University of Arts and Culture’s Cinema and Drama Department. Since 2005, she attended several filmmaking workshops and start making documentaries. Some of her documentaries have been selected in international film festivals. In 2010, she studied filmmaking at FAMU in the Czech Republic for 3 years master degree program in Cinema and Digital Media. She participated in Locarno’s Open Doors Lab in 2016. Since 2017 she is appointed as a member of Southeast Asia Advisory Committee, Ministry of Culture Taiwan. She also served as Jury for Taiwan International Documentary Film Festival in 2018.
